This Privacy Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between My Cleaning Angel, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual or entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses or uses the Company’s website located at www.mycleaningangel.com (“Website”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

1. DEFINITIONS

13.2 Material changes will be communicated via:

an update to the “Last Updated” date.

13.3 Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of amended terms.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

15. GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
