Decided to hire some extra help with some deep cleaning in my home that I could not seem get to. I used this company for nearly a year. On the upside, they seem to have very little turn over with their staff. The crew sometimes differed but largely remained the same which helped in not having to re-explain expectations too often. They were thorough in cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, which was the most important to me. They were also reasonably consistent with their arrival time.<br><br>Now to the issues that ultimately led to me firing them.<br><br>I had to have repeated conversations about what would be done in 4 hours of labor. Not having a flat rate pricing structure led to an expectation the cleaning crew established with the first cleaning that they could clean my house in 4 labor hours (2 people in 2 hours) but from then on, it constantly went over which lead to debate with the crew what was cleaned vs not in that time frame. Depending on the mood and energy level of the cleaning crew and sometimes the age of the employees sent (one session had a teenager listlessly push a duster around my son's room for several minutes), I witness large deviations in how long it would take to clean the same house in consistently the same shape for each cleaning. I insisted the 4 hour price be honored but it required me arguing with the owner, Luis and his crew several times before it finally was established the expectation was they would hussle to clean the house in 4 labor hours, just like they did when they first cleaned. I'm sure the owner will respond with something along the lines that the house can be in different states for each cleaning, sometimes requiring more or less effort but let me be clear, my house is always tidy. Period. I hired them to clean my house, not pick up after me or my family. There should be zero variation in how long it takes to clean, at least not with respect to what I'm paying for.<br><br>Secondly, and what was the final straw), the cleaning staff damaged hand towels and very expensive bed sheets with bleach. I truly believe it was an accident, likely caused by the staff not removing their gloves after cleaning the master bathroom and picking up the bed sheets removed from the master bed to place in the laundry room as they wrapped up cleaning the master suite. Accidents happen, I get that. The issue I take is the owner, Luis, first agreed to replace the sheets or comp services to resolve the issue but required I send him pictures of the damage and receipts of the linens. It took a month for me to do that (my wife gave birth). I assume Luis would be good to his word, however, when I circled back after sending the requested information, his response had changed to, "it took you a month to send it", "I didn't agree to anything", and "I need to talk to my staff in a week to find out what happened."<br><br>After pointedly insisting this be addressed, he responded that he would have to come up with something that was agreeable to both me and his staff since they would have to pay for it!<br><br>Shame on you Luis. You have insurance and advertise you're bonded and insured. Employees make mistakes and I'm positive you don't pay them a salary that would be remotely fair or reasonable to expect them to pay out of pocket for anything they damage in someone's house - particularly around South Tampa. On insisting he, not his employees address this, he informed me I should find another cleaning service.<br><br>I have indeed found another service and am taking the time to share my experience with anyone else considering this company to ensure no one else ends up in this situation. I hope this helps someone out there avoid this company.

My Cleaning Angel came to my apartment for a second cleaning. When I returned home I discovered cash missing from the master bedroom. After informing the company of the issue their response was that the team they sent had been with the company awhile and they wanted proof from me in order to "investigate". I asked what proof would be sufficient since it was cash. I also asked for the names of the individuals that were in my home so that I could file a police report and go through my own insurance. I've yet to receive a response. Let the buyer beware, unless you plan to follow these people around you should go elsewhere for cleaning services.<br>*Update 04-06-2017* - In response to the owners's comment below: My original review was only 4 stars, it was on Google not Yelp, and based on the quality of the work received after one visit. The theft occurred on the second visit and someone was home both times. However, they did not follow the cleaners from room to room and I doubt such a precaution is standard for customers. As discussed on our call on 04-04-2017, all that I've asked of you are the names of the people you sent to my home so that I may take appropriate action with the authorities. You agreed to email me this information and have yet to do so.

How do I make a booking?

We’ve made the booking process really easy with our online estimate form for you to get a fast pricing and fast online booking. If you prefer to discuss that with an agent you can give us a call.

How do I log into my account?

We provide an online account for our customers to schedule, manage and track their cleanings. you can login on the top right corner or with our phone app. Or Click here.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment for every job we perform. Our cleaners wide range of cleaning products at no extra cost. Now if you have special requirements and special products you want the professional to use. Just provide it. And tell them how to use is. We won’t be hold accountable for damages done with you products.

How many cleaners do you send?

Depending on the job we send 1 to 3 cleaners. Now if you have preferences or special needs please let us know. We work with hundreds of cleaners.

What time will the cleaners arrive?

We have a 2 hour window arrival time. Cleaners will arrive between 08-10AM,  from 10-12PM, from 12-2PM, from 2-4PM and from 4-6PM. Remember the time of the job while booking.

Do I need to be home for my booking?

We require our first time customers to be home before and after the job. Show the cleaners around and at the end be present to assure everything is clean to avoid issues. Once you know how services just book online.

Payments

 

How do I change my credit card?

For all bookings, we require a credit or debit card on file to hold and guarantee the reservation. Same as a hotel booking. The card is only charged at the end of the booking when cleaner checks out. You can change you the card on file by loging into your account or by calling our customer service.

When will I be charged ?

A hold is put on the amoumt 24 hours before the cleaning to verify that the card is valid. Payment for the cleaning occurs at 7pm estern time at the end of the day of your cleaning.

How do I redeem a discount code, voucher, or gift card?

You can redeem the code when you book online your house cleaning service or when you call our customer services tell us you a a coupon and don’t forget the coupon CODE.

How do I pay?

We only accept debit or credit card payment. No payment by cash or check. All major cards such as American Express, Discovery, MasterCard, Visa. For tracking issues and that way check don’t get lost or wet with the cleaners apron. 

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. a $70 fee may apply if you don’t respect that policy. We work really hard to make good cleaners available. So if we want to keep good cleaners around we need to pay them also if there is a no shoe.

Should I give the cleaner a tip?

100% of the tip amount goes to cleaners. Feel free to give that to them directly cash or you can add it on the booking by logging into your account.

Can you provide a replacement cleaner if my cleaner goes on holiday?

We work with hundreds of professional local cleaners. If you cleaners goes on vacations we will replace him with someone new. All our professionals are able to provide same quality service.

Can I leave my keys with my cleaner?

DO NOT LEAVE any key with cleaners if we have to replace him for any reason. Less information we have about your home the best. Most customers leave a lockbox if they’re not home.

How do I edit a booking?

You can log in into your account to update your booking or make any changes. Remember cancellations fees may apply for 48 hours before.

Will I get the same house cleaner each visit?

For our recurring customer we may be able to provide the same cleaner upon request and also upon cleaner approval. Only for our weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cusotmers.

Can I trust my home cleaning professional?

We only work with the very best professional and local cleaners. They go through a background check. We want our customers to create a relationship with our cleaners. If you have issues with a cleaners we can rematch you with another cleaner.

What if I have a security system?

Provide us when you book any instruction on how to enter the proprety. Create specific codes for cleaners.

We do not provide carpet cleaning. We only vacuum carpet with a regular vacuum. We dont do anything outside.

Is there anything you can’t do?

We don’t do anything outside the home. When there is roaches or feces or blood cleaning will be canceled and the cancelletion fees may apply.
